By using Reviu, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Reviu drafts replies to Google Business reviews for your business, based on your style preferences and past replies. Every draft requires your explicit approval before it is sent — Reviu never sends a reply automatically without you approving it first.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for keeping access to your login email secure. Accounts are for one business at a time.
3. AI-generated content
Drafts are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable. You're responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it — Reviu is a drafting tool, not a substitute for your judgment.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Reviu to send replies that are abusive, illegal, or deliberately misleading. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
5. Availability
Reviu is provided “as is” during this early access period. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee it, and features may change as the product develops.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reviu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including replies sent after your approval.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time, and you can stop using Reviu and close your account at any time.
