Terms of Service

1. The service

Reviu drafts replies to Google Business reviews for your business, based on your style preferences and past replies. Every draft requires your explicit approval before it is sent. Reviu never sends a reply automatically without you approving it first.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for keeping access to your login email secure. Accounts are for one business at a time.

3. AI-generated content

Drafts are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable. Reviu never sends a reply without your approval, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing where needed, and approving every draft before it's sent. Reviu is a drafting tool, not a substitute for your judgment.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Reviu to send replies that are abusive, illegal, or deliberately misleading. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse or unlawful use of the service, or for security reasons.

5. Third-party services

Reviu depends on third-party services, including Google Business Profile and Stripe, to operate. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or errors in those services that are outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

We own Reviu's software and branding. You own your business content, including your reviews and reply text, and you grant us the rights needed to process it in order to provide the service to you.

7. Availability

Reviu is provided “as is” during this early access period. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee it, and features may change as the product develops.

8. Billing, cancellation & refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, starting when you subscribe (after your free trial, if you have one). You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing hello@reviuapp.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends and is non-refundable, except where required by law.

Reviu is supplied to you as a business tool for your trade or business, so the consumer “cooling off” right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 doesn't apply. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reviu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including replies sent after your approval. Our total liability to you arising from these terms or your use of Reviu is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service over time, and you can stop using Reviu and close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
